LoQal 5asec operates as a garment care, laundry, dry cleaning, and customer convenience service platform.

The website and associated systems may be operated, managed, fulfilled, coordinated, marketed, supported, or expanded through authorised operational entities, regional partners, consulting teams, franchise operators, logistics providers, technology vendors, onboarding representatives, customer support teams, or affiliated ecosystem participants acting on behalf of or in association with the 5asec brand.

For all customer-facing interactions and public representation, the primary identity represented shall remain “5asec”.

2. Eligibility to Use the Platform

By using this website or any associated service, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law;
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete;

• You shall not misuse, disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with platform operations.

5asec reserves the right to deny access, suspend accounts, restrict services, or refuse operational support if false information, misuse, abusive conduct, fraud, operational risks, or policy violations are identified.

Availability of services may vary depending on city, locality, operational zone, logistics availability, partner network, garment category, and service feasibility.

5asec reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or revise any service offering at any time without prior notice.

4. Pickup & Delivery Terms

Pickup and delivery timings displayed on the website or communicated through customer support, WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, emails, social media, operational representatives, or automated systems are indicative timelines only and shall not be treated as fixed or guaranteed commitments.

Operational timelines may vary depending upon garment category, processing requirements, locality coverage, logistics availability, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public restrictions, operational load, technical interruptions, staffing limitations, third-party delays, force majeure situations, or other operational circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are advised to verify garment count, disclose special garment conditions, and remove all valuables including cash, jewellery, watches, documents, gadgets, accessories, or personal belongings before handing garments for pickup. 5asec shall not be responsible for valuables or personal items left inside garments during submission.

Repeated failed pickup or delivery attempts, unavailability at the provided location, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect customer information may result in rescheduling delays, additional operational charges, temporary suspension of services, or cancellation of orders.

5. Garment Inspection & Processing Standards

All garments submitted to 5asec are processed after reasonable operational inspection based on visible garment condition, fabric composition, care label instructions, stain characteristics, processing compatibility, operational feasibility, and handling risks associated with the specific item.

Customers acknowledge that garment care outcomes may vary depending upon fabric quality, garment age, previous home washing practices, hidden fabric weaknesses, pre-existing damage, chemical exposure, unstable dyes, wear and tear, manufacturer defects, adhesive usage, embellishment quality, stitching condition, or prior treatment methods.

While 5asec follows commercially reasonable garment care processes, the Company does not guarantee complete stain removal, color-fastness preservation, shrinkage prevention, restoration of old garments, repair of hidden defects, preservation of weak embellishments, or reversal of fabric deterioration. Certain stains, discoloration marks, texture variations, fading patterns, weak fabric areas, or hidden damages may become more visible after cleaning due to the nature of garment processing.

Delicate garments including silk, suede, leather, designer wear, embellished garments, chemically treated fabrics, garments without care labels, or aged garments may carry elevated operational risk. 5asec reserves the right to refuse processing, seek additional customer approval, or process such garments strictly at customer risk where operational uncertainty exists.

6. Delicate & High-Risk Garments

Certain garment categories inherently involve elevated processing risks.

These may include:

• Silk garments;
• Leather items;
• Suede materials;
• Designer wear;
• Embellished garments;
• Garments without care labels;
• Aged garments;
• Chemically treated fabrics;
• Unstable dyed fabrics.

5asec reserves the right to:

• Refuse processing;
• Process such garments at customer risk;
• Seek customer approval before processing.

Where a garment condition presents operational uncertainty, the customer accepts that processing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Pricing, Payments & Billing

Pricing displayed on the platform may vary based on:

• Garment category;
• Fabric type;
• City;
• Operational zone;
• Pickup frequency;
• Express service requirements;
• Special treatment needs.

All prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

Applicable taxes may be charged additionally wherever required under Indian law.

Payments may be collected:

• Online;
• Through payment gateways;
• Before processing;
• At delivery;
• Through prepaid systems;
• Through approved digital methods.

5asec reserves the right to withhold delivery of processed garments in case of pending dues or payment disputes.

8. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders may only be cancelled before operational processing begins.

Once garments enter processing stages:

• Cancellation requests may not be accepted;
• Operational charges may apply;
• Refunds may not be available.

Modification requests remain subject to operational feasibility.

9. Customer Conduct & Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Misuse the platform;
• Submit false complaints;
• Abuse customer support personnel;
• Manipulate compensation systems;
• Upload harmful material;
• Interfere with website functionality;
• Damage brand reputation through fraudulent activity;
• Misuse promotional offers.

5asec reserves the right to suspend services, restrict accounts, deny support, or initiate legal remedies in case of misuse or operational abuse.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with 5asec, including:

• Logos;
• Designs;

• Graphics;
• Software systems;
• Website content;
• Brand assets;
• Digital materials;
• Marketing formats;
• Training systems;

shall remain the exclusive property of their respective owners or authorised entities.

No person may reproduce, distribute, modify, imitate, exploit, publish, or commercially use any material without written authorisation.

11. Franchise, Partnership & Business Expansion Disclaimer

5asec may undertake business expansion, onboarding activities, operational growth, franchise development, territory discussions, customer acquisition campaigns, relationship management activities, consulting support, regional operations, or associated commercial activities through authorised representatives, onboarding associates, consulting entities, operational partners, franchise support teams, ecosystem participants, or affiliated business development entities operating for or on behalf of the Brand.

For all customer-facing, public-facing, and business-facing activities, communications, onboarding interactions, operational fulfilment, and relationship management processes, the primary identity represented shall continue to remain “5asec”, irrespective of the backend operational, consulting, onboarding, or support structure involved in such activities.

Any franchise discussion, proposal, presentation, onboarding conversation, business enquiry, commercial projection, or investment interaction shall be treated solely as exploratory communication unless formally approved and executed through written agreements authorised by the Company.

No verbal statement, digital communication, marketing material, onboarding discussion, projected revenue estimate, operational discussion, WhatsApp communication, email exchange, or preliminary payment shall automatically create franchise rights, exclusivity rights, territorial rights, partnership rights, guaranteed approvals, or legally binding commercial obligations.

The Company reserves the unrestricted right to approve, reject, delay, suspend, modify, or discontinue any business opportunity, operational association, onboarding request, or territory proposal at its sole discretion.

12. Communication Consent

By using the platform or submitting information, users consent to receiving:

• Calls;
• WhatsApp messages;
• SMS updates;
• Emails;
• Order notifications;
• Marketing communication;
• Customer support messages;
• Operational alerts;
• Franchise communication,

from authorised representatives operating within or supporting the 5asec ecosystem.

13. Third-Party Services & Integrations

5asec may rely on third-party providers for:

• Logistics;
• Payment processing;
• Communication systems;
• Technology infrastructure;
• Analytics;
• CRM systems;
• Marketing platforms.

5asec shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or operational limitations caused by independent third-party systems beyond reasonable operational control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• 5asec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
• Operational delays;
• Unavoidable garment deterioration;
• Customer negligence;
• Third-party service failures;
• Technology disruptions;
• Force majeure events.

Any approved compensation shall remain subject to internal assessment, depreciation principles, garment condition evaluation, and operational policy limitations.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000;
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
• Applicable taxation and commercial regulations.

Any disputes arising from use of the platform or associated services shall remain subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
